Pixman-0.40.0

Download: pixman-0.40.0.tar.gz. Fix the build system:

patch -Np1 -i pixman-0.40.0-bld-20220323.patch

Configure, build and install pixman:

./configure --prefix=/xsys --includedir=/xsys/inc
make
make install

Move the pkg-config file to a more proper location:

mv -v /xsys/lib/pkgconfig/pixman-1.pc /plng/lib/pkgconfig/
