Download: <wrap download>libtirpc-1.3.2.tar.bz2. Apply a patch to fix the build system:

patch -Np1 -i libtirpc-1.3.2-bld-20220313.patch

Configure the package:

./configure --prefix=/libs \
            --disable-gssapi \
            --disable-static \
            --mandir=/libs/man \
            --includedir=/libs/inc

Build and install libtirpc:

make
make install

Move the pkg-config file to the correct location:

mv -v /libs/lib/pkgconfig/libtirpc.pc /plng/lib/pkgconfig/
