Libestr-0.1.11

Libestr is required by rsyslog.

Download: libestr-0.1.11.tar.gz

Fix the build system:

patch -Np1 -i libestr-0.1.11-bld-20220218.patch

Build the package:

./configure --prefix=/libs --includedir=/libs/inc
make
make install

Move the pkg-config file to a more proper location:

mv -v /libs/lib/pkgconfig/libestr.pc /plng/lib/pkgconfig/
